针对既有岩土工程位移监测方法存在的问题与不足,开发了无接触、遥控、高精度和高可靠性的激光位移实时监测系统。系统采用半导体激光器提供基准激光束、光纤—光敏管阵列实现光电转换、单片机数字电路进行数据的采集和预处理、数字信号经调制解调器进入监控计算机,最终由计算机实时绘制位移—时间曲线。该系统目前已投入隧道围岩位移实时监测的实际工程应用之中。
Aiming at the existing problems and deficiencies in the existing geotechnical displacement monitoring methods, a real-time laser displacement monitoring system has been developed which has no contact, remote control, high precision and high reliability. The system uses a semiconductor laser to provide a reference laser beam. The optical fiber-photo-sensor array realizes photoelectric conversion. The digital circuit of the single chip adopts the digital circuit to collect and preprocess the data. The digital signal enters the monitoring computer via the modem. Finally, the displacement-time curve is plotted by the computer in real time. The system has been put into practical application of real-time monitoring of the surrounding rock displacement of the tunnel.
