随着时代的不断发展,各国的餐桌礼仪文化传承了各自国家的文化理念和民族特色,中日两国的文化存在许多相同之处,其中用餐礼仪比较相似,但是日本人更加注重用餐礼仪在实际生活中的应用,所以在普通的生活中也十分重视就餐细节,尤其对于一些不雅的行为都会被视为对其他人的不尊重,这些行为也会严重影响在其他就餐者心中的形象。本文对日本就餐礼仪进行了详细地了解,发现日本就餐礼仪虽然与中国比较相似,但在一些细节上还是相差较大的,所以文中对日本的餐桌礼仪进行了分类研究,分别介绍了在就餐前后和就餐期间以及就餐方式等应该掌握的餐桌礼仪,并且总结了日本人用餐时需要注意的问题,通过系统地研究不仅仅能够为我国在礼仪文化方面提供借鉴,同时也能够更好地促进与日本人的接触和合作。
