2012年冬季,北京较往年气候具有气温明显偏低、降水量显著增加的特点,这使得城市河湖的管理工作面临着挑战。介绍了北京市北环水系以供输水、防凌防冻为主要内容的冬季河湖管理业务。通过对北海滑冰场运营前后内城河湖及相关水文闸站冬季水文数据的计算和分析,简述了水流调度方案,论证河湖管理工作的有效性。
In the winter of 2012, Beijing has a markedly lower temperature and a significant increase in precipitation than in previous years, which posed a challenge to the management of urban rivers and lakes. This paper introduces the winter river and lake management business in Beihuan river system in Beijing for water supply and anti-freeze and antifreeze. Through the calculation and analysis of the winter hydrological data of the inner-city rivers and lakes and related hydrological sluices before and after the operation of the North Sea ice rink, the flow scheduling scheme is briefly described to demonstrate the effectiveness of the river-lake management.
