低压缺氧大鼠脑皮质神经元超微结构的改变

目的 观察在7000m高度的缺氧情况下不同停留时间Wister大鼠脑神经元超微结构的改变。方法 Wister大鼠30只,随机分成缺氧10d组、缺氧20d组和对照组。将缺氧组和缺氧20d组大鼠放入低压舱内,上升到7000m高度,停留1.5h,每天1次。对照组和缺氧10d组在10d后处死;缺氧20d组在20d后处死。用JEM-1200EX透射电镜观察各组大鼠脑皮质神经元超微结构的改变。结果 缺氧组大鼠脑神经元主要表现为:核质中异染色质与常染色质对比不明显,核变形,核膜模糊不清。核周质中线粒体常出现长杆状、胞膜不清。细胞结构均不如对照组清晰。缺氧20d组脑神经元核变形尤为严重。结论 短时间处于低压缺氧环境的大鼠,脑皮质神经元超微结构有明显改变。 Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of neurons in Wister rats with different residence time under the hypoxia condition of 7000m altitude. Methods Thirty Wister rats were randomly divided into hypoxia 10d group, hypoxia 20d group and control group. The rats in hypoxia group and hypoxia group were placed in low pressure cabin at altitude of 7000m and stayed for 1.5h once a day. Control group and hypoxia 10d group were sacrificed after 10d; 20d hypoxia group were sacrificed after 20d. The ultrastructural changes of cortical neurons in each group were observed with JEM-1200EX transmission electron microscope. Results The neurons in the brain of hypoxic rats were mainly manifested as: the contrast of heterochromatin and euchromatin in nucleus was not obvious, nuclear deformation and nuclear membrane obscure. Perinuclear cytoplasm often appear long rod-shaped, cell membrane unclear. Cell structure is not as clear as the control group. In the hypoxia group, the neuron degeneration of the neurons was particularly serious. Conclusion The ultrastructure of cortical neurons in rats exposed to hypobaric hypoxia for a short time has obvious changes.
