本文用免疫组织化学方法研究了金黄地鼠颈上神经节内的酪氨羟化酶(TH)和神经肽Y(NPY)样免疫反应阳性细胞体的分布。在颈上神经节内发现了TH阳性细胞,细胞体为圆形或卵圆形。TH免疫反应亦见于小强荧光细胞(SIF cells)。颈上神经节内发现NPY样阳性细胞,细胞体为圆形或卵圆形。免疫反应双重染色的结果是TH阳性细胞与NPY阳性细胞的分布几乎重复。由此可见,颈上神经节内多数去甲肾上腺素能神经元中,TH和NPY是共存的。
In this paper, immunohistochemistry was used to study the distribution of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) immunoreactive cells in the cervical ganglia of the golden hamster. TH positive cells were found in the supragal ganglion, with a round or ovoid cell body. TH immune response is also seen in small strong fluorescent cells (SIF cells). NPY-like positive cells were found in the superior cervical ganglion. The cell body was round or oval. As a result of double staining of the immune response, the distribution of TH-positive cells and NPY-positive cells almost duplicated. Thus, most noradrenergic neurons in the superior cervical ganglion, TH and NPY are coexisting.
