探索了选区激光烧结(SLS)技术制作鼻赝复体蜡模型的可行性。通过结构光扫描、计算机辅助设计(CAD)制作患者的鼻赝复体数字化模型;应用特定工艺参数进行选区激光烧结,制作出鼻赝复体蜡型。经测量评价加工精度及临床试戴,蜡型具有良好的外形和精度,达到了临床应用的制作要求。将蜡型翻制成最终的硅橡胶赝复体,获得了满意的临床效果。该技术与临床常规方法相比,节约了时间和材料,简化了工艺步骤,实现了数字化、无模化制作,为颌面赝复体自动化加工制作开辟了一种新的方法。
The feasibility of producing nasal prosthesis wax model by selective laser sintering (SLS) was explored. Nasal prosthesis digitization model was fabricated by structured light scanning and computer aided design (CAD), and selective laser sintering was performed by using specific process parameters to produce nasal prosthetic wax. The measurement and evaluation of the processing accuracy and clinical trial wear, wax type with good shape and accuracy, reached the clinical application of the production requirements. The wax-type turned into the final silicone rubber prosthesis, obtained satisfactory clinical results. Compared with the conventional clinical methods, the technique saves time and materials, simplifies the process steps, and realizes digitization and moldless manufacture, opening up a new method for automated manufacture of maxillofacial prostheses.
