数控车在机械加工制造企业和开设机械制造类专业的学校中得到了普及,但利用数控车加工长度尺寸精度要求较高的零件时,企业技术工人、学校数控专业教师和学生遇到了困难,长度尺寸精度很难保证,且保长度精度时费时费力,笔者经过多年的实践,总结出了几种在数控车床上保长度尺寸精度的方法,利用工件坐标原点设置和运行程序自动加工来保证长度尺寸精度的方法在学生技能训练和实际生产加工中效果明显,降低了机床操作者的劳动强度,提高了精度和生产率。
