综述了水性聚氨酯的合成方法、制备原料及其国内外研究进展,简介了水性聚氨酯在对位芳纶和超高相对分子质量聚乙烯纤维增强复合材料中的应用。指出今后水性聚氨酯将通过复合改性方法来提高其综合性能,以期在高性能纤维增强复合材料制备中有更广泛的应用。
The synthesis methods of aqueous polyurethane, preparation of raw materials and the research progress at home and abroad were reviewed. The application of waterborne polyurethane in para-aramid and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber reinforced composites was introduced. It is pointed out that waterborne polyurethane will improve its comprehensive properties through composite modification in the future, with a view to more extensive application in the preparation of high performance fiber reinforced composite materials.
