作为场发射平面显示器件的组成部分之一,荧光屏的研制与结果分析决定了该显示器件的亮度、清晰度、分辨率和寿命等性能。介绍了场发射显示器(FED)单色荧光屏的设计和两种制作方法:重力沉淀法和电泳法,并对用这两种方法制作的荧光屏进行了亮度、工作电流、工作电压、亮度衰减等多个参数的测试。通过对测试结果的比较与分析,得到电泳法制得的荧光屏比重力沉淀法性能要好的结论,并且获得了荧光层厚度及工作电流和工作电压的适宜参数。
As one of the components of the field emission flat panel display device, the development and result analysis of the phosphor screen determine the brightness, sharpness, resolution and lifetime of the display device. This paper introduces the design of two kinds of monochromatic fluorescent screen of field emission display (FED) and two production methods: gravity precipitation method and electrophoresis method, and carries on the brightness, working current, working voltage and brightness attenuation of the fluorescent screen made by these two methods A parameter test. Through the comparison and analysis of the test results, we get the conclusion that the performance of the phosphor screen prepared by electrophoresis is better than that of the gravity precipitation method, and the appropriate parameters of the thickness of the phosphor layer and the working current and working voltage are obtained.
