1997年8月广东TCL王牌彩电挥师北上,与新乡美乐彩电实现强强联合,合作成了河南TCL一美乐电子有限公司(以下简称T-M公司).在这一年的时间里,T-M公司全方位借助TCL、美乐双方管理、资金、品牌、市场、技术、人才和服务资源,左右逢源,扬长避短,创造出1+1大于2的奇迹,成为国有企业改革和资产得组中效率最高的成功范例,成为沿海企业与内陆企来合作的成功范例,为我国的企业改革和资产重组,提供了许多可资借鉴的经验。
