精血归颗粒对初老雌性大鼠生殖器官抗氧化作用的实验研究

目的 研究精血归颗粒改善围绝经期生殖器官衰萎状况的作用机制。方法 将初老雌性大鼠随机分为 5组 ,设精血归颗粒高、中、低剂量组 ,尼尔雌醇阳性对照组 ,初老空白组 ;另设青年空白组。检测生殖器官 MDA含量 ,SOD活力。结果 精血归颗粒能降低生殖器官 MDA含量 ,提高 SOD活力 ,与初老空白组相比具有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,作用类于尼尔雌醇 ,并达到青年空白组水平。结论 “填补精血 ,濡润阴器”之精血归颗粒能提高初老雌性大鼠生殖器官的 SOD活力 ,减少 MDA的堆积 ,增强其抗氧化作用 ,从而改善生殖器官的衰萎状况。 Objective To study the mechanism of Jingxuegui Granules improving the decline of reproductive organs in perimenopausal period. Methods The aged female rats were randomly divided into five groups. The high-, middle-, and low-dose groups were given to the refined blood, Nilestriol-positive control group, and the early-old blank group. The young blank group was also set up. Detection of genital MDA content, SOD activity. Results: Jingxuegui granules can reduce MDA content in reproductive organs and increase SOD activity. It has extremely significant difference (P<0.01) from that of the old-aged blank group. Its effect is similar to that of nilestriol and reaches the level of young blank group. . Conclusion The essence of “filling blood essence and purging Yin device” can improve the SOD activity of senile female rats, reduce the accumulation of MDA, and increase their anti-oxidation effect, thus improving the wilting condition of reproductive organs.
