以异丙醇水溶液为介质,采用光催化还原法制备了三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)/石墨烯复合材料;然后以Sb_2O_3/石墨烯作为增韧改性剂,制备出增韧改性水溶性PF(酚醛树脂)。研究结果表明:当w(Sb_2O_3/石墨烯)=1.5%时(相对水溶性PF质量而言)时,水溶性PF的冲击强度升至14.87 kJ/m~2、临界应变能释放率(GIC)达到412 J/m~2和临界应力强度因子(K_(IC))达到1.68 MPa·m~(0.5);改性水溶性PF的增韧效果良好,其断面呈韧性破坏特征,并且表现出良好的断裂韧性。
The antimony trioxide (Sb 2 O 3) / graphene composite was prepared by photocatalytic reduction method using isopropanol aqueous solution as the medium. Then toughened modified water-soluble PF was prepared by using Sb 2 O 3 / graphene as toughening modifier (Phenolic Resin). The results show that the impact strength of water-soluble PF increases to 14.87 kJ / m ~ 2 and the critical strain energy release rate (GIC) increases with w (Sb_2O_3 / graphene) = 1.5% Reached 412 J / m ~ 2 and the critical stress intensity factor (K_ (IC)) reached 1.68 MPa · m ~ (0.5). The toughening effect of the modified water-soluble PF was good and its cross-section was ductile and showed good Fracture toughness.
