当前全国各城市居民的经济实力和生活习惯不同,且各地气象条件也不同,所以在科技不断进步的今天,采暖方式多元化已成大趋势。热水采暖、燃气采暖、燃油采暖、电采暖呈百花齐放的局面,现在社会中暖通空调是人们所使用空调中最常用的一种,暖通空调以其独特的优势而独占市场。其将采暖、通风和空气调节三大功能结合在一起,并以能创造一种比一般的空调更舒适的室内环境而著称。然而暖通空调在工程设计施工方面,有诸多实际问题亟待解决。例如,供暖季通风设计方面的不足将直接导致采暖效果不佳和严重的能源浪费、管道的布局和设计关乎建筑空间的合理利用。暖通施工是一个复杂和繁琐的过程,这主要是因为其包含了多个方面的设计和施工内容,包括供暖通风设计、空调设备以及空调管道的施工等,整体系统比较复杂。在建筑工程当中想要做好暖通设计施工相关的工作,首先就要对图纸进行认真的校核,在此基础上与设计人员和施工人员保持良好的沟通,做好各个方面的控制工作。本文针对其设计施工中存在的违反设计标准及不符合规范的问题进行分析,提出解决这些问题时应注意的方面。只有找到问题所在,对症下药,才能减少甚至避免不必要的能源消耗和安全隐患。
At present, the economic strength and living habits of residents in all cities across the country are different, and the meteorological conditions vary from place to place. Therefore, with the advancement of science and technology, the diversification of heating modes has become a general trend. Hot water heating, gas heating, fuel heating, electric heating was flourishing situation, and now HVAC air conditioning is the most commonly used type of people, HVAC with its unique advantages and exclusive market. It combines three functions of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and is famous for creating a more comfortable indoor environment than the average air conditioner. However, HVAC in the engineering design and construction, there are many practical problems to be solved. For example, inadequate ventilation design during the heating season will directly lead to poor heating efficiency and serious energy waste. The layout and design of the pipe will affect the rational utilization of building space. HVAC construction is a complicated and cumbersome process, mainly because it contains many aspects of the design and construction content, including heating and ventilation design, air-conditioning equipment and air-conditioning pipe construction, the overall system is more complicated. In the construction project which want to do HVAC design and construction related work, we must first carefully check the drawings, on the basis of good communication with designers and construction workers, do a good job in all aspects of control. In this paper, we analyze the problems that violate the design standards and the non-conformities in the design and construction, and put forward the aspects that should be paid attention to in solving these problems. Only to find the problem, the right medicine, in order to reduce or even avoid unnecessary energy consumption and security risks.
