前言本刊总第二期(1981年第二期)《电站铸钢阀门的铸造》一文中,曾对电站铸钢阀门铸造质量的重要性以及铸造工艺的编制、冶炼、热处理等方面的控制作了重点的介绍。本文从铸钢阀壳冷却过程中的收缩应力与液膜变形机理着手,结合多年来的生产实践经验,论述造成铸钢阀壳报废的最主要原因——热裂的成因和防止方法,为共同提高电站铸钢阀壳毛坯的质量而努力。
