青年教师已经成为高职院校教师队伍的中坚力量,也是影响高等职业教育教学质量的重要因素,因此高职院校非常重视对青年教师教学水平和能力的培养。本文主要针对黑龙江省高职院校青年教师承担教学任务及教学水平等进行调查研究,分析了黑龙江省高职院校青年教师教学水平的现状。探讨了青年教师教学水平的影响因素,从个人、学校和社会等方面进行了剖析。 Young teachers have become the backbone of the ranks of teachers in higher vocational colleges, as well as an important factor affecting the quality of higher vocational education. Therefore, higher vocational colleges attach great importance to the cultivation of young teachers’ teaching level and abilities. This paper mainly focuses on the young teachers in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province undertakes the task of teaching and teaching level and so on to carry on the investigation and study, has analyzed the current situation of the teaching level of young teachers in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province. The influential factors of the teaching level of young teachers are discussed, and the personal, school and social aspects are analyzed.
