系统阐述了金沙江流域水土流失及治理现状 ,基于典型小流域和区域调查 ,对已完成水土流失治理的减蚀效应作出评价 ,对未来水土流失治理的进度与减蚀效应进行预期分析 ;并在水土流失对河道泥沙影响分析基础上 ,阐述水土流失治理对干流河道泥沙的减沙效应 .金沙江流域坡面水土流失治理对减少坡面侵蚀作用显著 ,但对干流河道泥沙减少效应不明显 ,要减少金沙江输入三峡水库的入库泥沙 ,应寻求其它更为有效的减沙对策 .
The status of soil and water loss and its management in Jinsha River Basin are systematically described. Based on the typical small watershed and regional survey, the eutrophication effect of completed soil and water loss control is evaluated, and the future progress of soil and water erosion control and the erosional reduction effect are analyzed prospectively. Based on the analysis of the influence of soil and water loss on the river sediment, the sediment reduction effect of the soil and water erosion on the river sediment is expounded. The soil erosion control on the slope surface of the Jinsha River watershed has significant effect on reducing slope erosion, but it has no effect on the sediment reduction Obviously, to reduce the sediment input from the Jinsha River into the Three Gorges Reservoir, other more effective sediment reduction measures should be sought.
