本文指出目前我国的法律人才培养模式在教育体制、教学内容及方法和师资力量及培养效果等方面存在的主要问题,并结合我国的实际情况对当前的法律人才培养模式提出合理改革的建议,主要是坚持培养目标和培养模式的配套改革;坚持素质教育和职业教育的结合;法律人才培养应密切联系国家司法考试;逐渐完善高校师资的构成等。
This paper points out the main problems that exist in the education system, teaching content and methods, teacher resources and training effects in our legal talent cultivation mode. Based on the actual situation in our country, we propose the reasonable reform for the current legal personnel training mode. It is a supporting reform that insists on training objectives and training modes; insisting on a combination of quality education and vocational education; cultivating law professionals should closely contact with the national judicial examination; and gradually improving the composition of university teachers.
