本试验采用聚乙烯网片与棕帘作为海湾扇贝稚贝附着基,就变态幼虫到稚贝期的生长和成活率及中间育成率进行了对比研究。结果表明,变态幼虫在棕帘上的附着速度比网片快。但稚贝的中间育成率及单位水体出苗量网片分別比棕帘高1.07%和16.2万枚/m~3。因而,网片作附着基效果优于棕帘。
In this experiment, polyethylene mesh and brown curtain were used as adhering base of juveniles in Gulf scallop to compare the growth and survival rate of metamorphosis larvae to juvenile stage and the rate of middle breeding. The results showed that metamorphosis larvae attached to the brown curtain faster than the mesh. However, the middle bred rate of juveniles and the number of seedlings per unit of water were 1.07% and 162,000 / m ~ 3 respectively higher than those of brown screens. Thus, the mesh for the adhesion effect is better than the brown curtain.
