目的:探讨干细胞因子受体(c-kit R)在急性白血病病人中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞仪(FCM)分别检测24例急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)和47例急性髓细胞白血病(AML)病人骨髓单个核细胞(MNC)跨膜c-kit R表达的阳性率及阳性水平。结果:ALL病人c-kit R表达的阳性率及阳性水平与正常人相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),而AML病人的c-kit R水平则显著高于对照组和ALL病人(P<0.01)。AML病人的c-kit R表达率及阳性水平以M1、M2最高,M4、M5最低,两者间差异有显著性(P<0.05);染色体核型分析显示,c-kit R阳性表达的AML病人,大多数出现染色体核型异常。结论:c-kit R检测有助于ALL和AML的鉴别及AML的FAB亚型分型。
Objective: To investigate the expression of stem cell factor receptor (c-kit R) in patients with acute leukemia and its clinical significance. Methods: The positive rates of transmembrane c-kit R expression in bone marrow mononuclear cells (MNCs) of 24 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and 47 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) Positive level. Results: The positive rate and positive rate of c-kit R in ALL patients were not significantly different from those in normal controls (P> 0.05), but the levels of c-kit R in AML patients were significantly higher than those in control group and ALL patients <0.01). The positive rates of c-kit R in AML patients were highest in M1 and M2, and lowest in M4 and M5 (P <0.05). Chromosomal karyotype analysis showed that c-kit R positive AML Patients, most of the occurrence of chromosomal abnormalities. Conclusion: c-kit R test can be used to identify ALL and AML and FAB subtype of AML.
