为探讨全子宫切除术后下床活动时间与阴道断端出血是否有关 ,对 6 2例全子宫切除术后患者进行调查 ,结果表明 :术后下床活动时间早并不是阴道断端出血的直接原因 ,因而对全子宫切除术后的患者不宜过分强调延长卧床时间。且早期下床活动可以促进肠功能的恢复 ,术后患者在机体能够耐受的情况下 ,均宜早期下床活动 To investigate whether the time of hysterectomy after ambulation is related to vaginal bleeding, we investigated the patients after 62 hysterectomies and found that the time to get out of bed was not as early as the time of vaginal bleeding Reason, so after hysterectomy patients should not be overemphasized to extend the bed time.
