大肠杆菌(E.coli)O157属于大肠杆菌的一个血清型,是引起出血性肠炎的主要病原体。山梨醇不发酵是目前进行E.coli O157筛选时的重要依据。本实验室用免疫法从冻鸡腿中分离出三株山梨醇发酵阳性的 E.coli O157,提示选用免疫法代替山梨醇发酵特征来进行 E.coli O157检测的必要性。
E. coli O157 is a serotype of E. coli and is the major causative agent of hemorrhagic colitis. Sorbitol fermentation is currently an important basis for E. coli O157 screening. In our laboratory, three strains of E.coli O157 positive for sorbitol fermentation were isolated from frozen chicken legs, suggesting the necessity of using E. coli O157 for detecting the fermentation characteristics instead of sorbitol.
