高职院校是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,承担着为国家培养和输送应用型人才的重任。酒店管理专业是高职院校中开设时间较长的专业,在人才专业能力培养方面也取得了一定的成绩。随着社会的不断发展,对酒店管理人才的职业素养提出了更高的要求,基于此,本文就主要针对培养高职院校酒店管理专业学生职业素养的相关问题进行简单的分析。 Higher vocational colleges are an important part of China’s education system and bear the heavy responsibility of training and transporting applied talents for the country. Hospitality Management is a professional with a long history set up in higher vocational colleges. Some achievements have also been made in the cultivation of talents professional competence. With the continuous development of society, higher requirements are put forward for the occupational attainment of hotel management personnel. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes the related problems of cultivating hotel management professional students’ professional qualifications in higher vocational colleges.
