本文采用直接酯化-缩聚法,以对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)为基本原料,间苯二甲酸(IPA)为第三组分,加入适量催化剂Sb(Ac)_3,制得改性的低熔点共聚酯。分别考察了不同IPA含量的改性共聚酯的热性能和结晶性能。结果表明:随着IPA添加量的改变,改性共聚酯的熔点和结晶性能均有所变化。随着共聚酯中IPA含量增加,熔融峰温度降低,结晶峰温度降低,结晶性能下降。
In this paper, the direct esterification-polycondensation method is adopted, the isophthalic acid (IPA) is the third component with terephthalic acid (PTA) and ethylene glycol (EG) Preparation of modified low melting point copolyester. The thermal properties and crystallization properties of modified copolyesters with different IPA contents were investigated. The results showed that the melting point and the crystallinity of the modified copolyester changed with the addition of IPA. With the increase of IPA content in the copolyester, the melting peak temperature decreases, the crystallization peak temperature decreases and the crystallinity decreases.
