目的优选以聚乙二醇4000、聚乙二醇400、聚山梨酯80、丙三醇、羟苯乙酯制备复方黑面神软膏的最佳基质配比。方法以软膏的外观性状、延展性、稳定性常数和PH等为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法对基质比例进行优选。结果筛选出来的复方黑面神软膏基质的最佳配比为聚乙二醇4000:聚乙二醇400:聚山梨酯80:丙三醇=(6:1:0.1:0.5)。结论优选工艺制备的复方黑面神软膏外观细腻均匀,性状稳定,此最佳基质配比可制备质量较佳的复方黑面神软膏。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the compound ratio of compound black facial ointment with polyethylene glycol 4000, polyethylene glycol 400, polysorbate 80, glycerol and hydroxyphenylacetate. Methods The appearance, ductility, stability constants and PH of ointment were used as evaluation indexes, and the matrix ratio was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results The optimal ratio of compound black mulberry ointment matrix screened was polyethylene glycol 4000: polyethylene glycol 400: polysorbate 80: glycerin = (6: 1: 0.1: 0.5). CONCLUSION The composite black mulit-top ointment prepared by the preferred process has the characteristics of fine and uniform appearance and stable properties. The best mulching compound ointment can be prepared with better quality.
