膜分离技术被认为是20世纪末21世纪中期最有发展前途的高新技术之一,特别适合现代工业对节能环保、提高生产效率、低品种原料再利用和消除环境污染的需要,也将成为实现经济可持续发展战略的重要组成部分。聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)由于其优良的可加工性能、化学和热稳定性、抗污染性,非常适合作为膜材料应用于水处理及工业分离等领域。文章简要介绍了PVDF材料的理化性质和特点,重点介绍了当前PVDF多孔膜的常见几种制备方法,并进一步分析了各种制备方法的优缺点和当前的研究情况,最后详述了PVDF多孔膜在水处理及工业分离领域的当前应用情况以及PVDF多孔膜未来的应用前景和发展趋势。
Membrane separation technology is considered to be one of the most promising high-tech technologies in the late 20th century and the mid-21st century. It is especially suitable for the needs of modern industry for energy conservation and environmental protection, improvement of production efficiency, reuse of low-grade raw materials and elimination of environmental pollution, An important part of a sustainable development strategy.
