铺膜前的准备工作 (1)将待修瓦片在镗瓦机上镗削,消除几何形状的偏差,并获得具有一定粗糙度的表面。若旧瓦片的圆度和圆柱度偏差均不大,可不镗削,直接用砂纸打磨到露出金属光泽,再用压花滚子滚出深度为0.1～0.2mm的网状花纹即可。 (2)裁剪胶膜。按瓦片应修复的尺寸选择胶膜厚度,一般应留有0.2mm左右的镗削余量。按瓦片的展开尺寸剪裁胶膜,胶膜要比瓦片宽5mm左右。 (3)用乙酸乙脂或丙酮等有机溶剂清洗瓦片待铺表面和胶膜,然后分别涂擦一遍0.1%的KH-550甲苯沉溶液。 (4)将瓦片置于恒温箱中,加热
