以组氨酸、N3-为配体合成了单核结构的配合物[Co(C6H8N3O2)2(N3)].2H2O,对其进行了红外光谱、元素分析和单晶X-射线衍射分析表征。单晶衍射结果表明:配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为C2,晶胞参数为:a=2.565 3(3)nm,b=0.884 3(3)nm,c=0.807 67(13)nm;β=98.184(2)°。Co(Ⅲ)为六配位处于变形八面体的配位环境中,N3-采用端基配位模式;一个组氨酸分子通过羧基氧原子、氨基氮原子和一个咪唑氮原子以三齿螯合方式与金属配位,另一个组氨酸分子通过氨基氮原子及一个咪唑氮原子以双齿螯合方式与金属配位。分子间氢键将配合物连接成二维网状结构。
The mononuclear complex [Co (C6H8N3O2) 2 (N3)] 2H2O was synthesized with histidine and N3- as ligands and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results of single crystal diffraction show that the crystal of the complex belongs to the monoclinic system with space group C2 and the unit cell parameters are: a = 2.565 3 (3) nm, b = 0.884 3 (3) nm, c = 0.807 67 nm; β = 98.184 (2) °. Co (Ⅲ) is hexacoordinated in a distorted octahedron coordination environment, and N3- adopts terminal coordination mode. A histidine molecule is chelated by tridentate with a carboxyl oxygen atom, amino nitrogen atom and an imidazole nitrogen atom The way to coordinate with the metal, the other histidine molecule through the amino nitrogen atom and an imidazole nitrogen atom bidentate chelation with the metal coordination. Intermolecular hydrogen bonding complexes into two-dimensional network structure.
