本文以中国酒店和国外酒店的管理模式比较分析为研究对象,首先介绍了中国酒店的发展现状和国外酒店的发展现状,其中按照时间为线索归纳总结了中国酒店的发展现状,包括起步阶段,波动阶段,起飞阶段和疲软阶段;文章的第二部分介绍了中国与国外酒店的竞争涵盖内容,包括酒店装饰布局竞争、社会公关竞争、综合价格竞争、软件竞争;接下来对中国外酒店经营宗旨的进行比较分析,文章的第四部分对中国与国外酒店企业文化构建的比较分析;最后对中国与国外酒店管理质量的比较分析。文章从五大方面切入到中国与国外酒店的管理内涵,对中国与国外酒店的管理运营模式进行了比较探析,希望可以在总结前人研究成果的同时为当下中国酒店管理模式的革新提供有价值的意见。
