介绍了钒铁冶炼过程中发生的化学反应、对钒铁炉渣物理性质的要求,分析了电硅热法冶炼钒铁炉渣碱度对钒收率、电量消耗、炉体寿命和渣包寿命的影响。通过试验,认为调整炉渣碱度在1.8~2.5,可以提高钒收率、炉体寿命、渣包寿命,降低电量消耗。
The chemical reactions occurring in the process of ferrovanadium smelting and the requirements on the physical properties of the ferrovanadium slag were introduced. The effect of the basicity of vanadium - iron slag smelting by the electrosilicon smelting process on the yield of vanadium, the consumption of electricity, the life of the furnace and the life of the dross was analyzed. . Through the experiment, it is considered that adjusting the basicity of slag in the range of 1.8-2.5 can increase the vanadium yield, the life of the furnace body, the life of the slag bag, and reduce the power consumption.
