为了提高车电极的导电性,探索一种共沉淀-氢气还原法制备的车电极用W-Cu复合材料,并利用XRD、TEM等检测手段,对制备新型W包覆Cu复合材料的微观形貌进行了特性表征。结果表明:W-Cu复合粉体外形为球状颗粒,平均粒径约为2.5μm,主要由Cu WO_4H_2O与Cu_2WO_4(OH)_2组成,共沉淀产物并未完全晶化;沉淀物粉体形态表现为椭圆形的团聚状态,粒径均匀,为8~15 nm,同时分散性较好。在750℃下经氢还原处理后,材料颗粒基本都以规则椭圆形存在,其粒径尺寸处于20~60 nm之间。WO3被还原为W原子并在Cu晶体表面形核,使Cu被全面包裹,形成各自单独的包覆球结构。
In order to improve the electrical conductivity of the car electrode, W-Cu composite electrode for car electrode prepared by coprecipitation-hydrogen reduction method was explored. The microstructure of the new W-coated Cu composite material was investigated by means of XRD and TEM. Characterization was performed. The results show that the shape of W-Cu composite powder is spherical, the average particle size is about 2.5μm, mainly composed of Cu WO 4 H 2 O and Cu 2 WO 4 (OH) 2, and the coprecipitated product is not completely crystallized. Oval-shaped agglomeration, uniform particle size, 8 ~ 15 nm, while better dispersion. Hydrogen reduction treatment at 750 ℃, the material particles are basically a regular oval existence, the size of the particle size is between 20 ~ 60 nm. WO3 is reduced to W atoms and nucleated on the surface of the Cu crystal, so that Cu is fully wrapped to form separate coated spherical structures.
