我们于分离间日疟原虫郑州株的同时,又分离出封邱株间日疟原虫,其生物学特征与前者不同。该株病源主要来自封邱,实验用媒介按蚊为中华按蚊,志愿者系参加本项研究的工作人员。中华按蚊的感染仍采用羊膜饲血法离体感染,志愿者的自身感染系单只子孢子阳性蚊叮咬。志愿者无疟史,感染前血检疟原虫和间接荧光抗体试验均为阴性,居住区无疟疾新感染发生。感染后每天查血1次,直至发病治疗后原虫转阴为止,
