电惯量模拟是航空刹车动力试验台的重要技术,本文通过鼓轮-机轮受力分析及能量守恒定律提出了鼓轮能量补偿法,建立了鼓轮能量补偿法数学模型,模型不受制动力矩变化的限制,更加真实的反映了实际的飞机刹车过程,且模型算法有效的消除了由于每次力矩输出控制误差造成的能量累积误差,提高了能量补偿精度。
The simulation of electric inertia is an important technology of aerodynamic brake test bed. In this paper, the drum energy compensation method is proposed by drum-wheel stress analysis and energy conservation law, and the mathematical model of drum energy compensation is established. The model is not affected by braking torque The limit of change reflects the actual aircraft braking process more effectively. And the model algorithm effectively eliminates the energy accumulation error caused by the control error of each torque output and improves the energy compensation accuracy.
