以发泡聚苯板与特种水泥砂浆面层在工厂一次性复合而成屋面绝热板。本文对该专利产品提出了5项共7个方案的改进 ,并进行比较分析。介绍了屋面绝热板应用于平、坡屋面的构造和绝热性能 ,分析了灰缝对绝热性能的影响。保温层35mm厚的EPS屋面绝热板和保温层25mm厚的XPS屋面绝热板可以满足上海地区的节能要求 ,且施工方便 ,经济性好。
Foam polystyrene board and special cement mortar surface at the factory complex made of roof insulation board. In this paper, the patent product proposed a total of five programs of seven improvements, and comparative analysis. The construction and thermal insulation performance of roof insulation panels applied to flat and sloping roof are introduced. The influence of mortar joints on thermal insulation performance is analyzed. Insulation layer 35mm thick EPS roof insulation board and insulation layer 25mm thick XPS roof insulation board can meet the energy saving requirements in Shanghai, and the construction is convenient and economical.
