目前,对于刚刚从幼儿园过渡到小学阶段的低年级学生来说,他们对小学生的在校日常行为规范缺乏了解,在行为习惯、自理能力等方面亟需正确的引导和培养。我在长期担任低年级班主任工作的实践中发现,学生的天分原本没有多大的差别,关键在于教师怎样管理和调教。学生的成长就像刚刚学走路的孩子一样,为了让学生尽快学 At present, for the junior students who have just transitioned from kindergarten to primary school, they lack the understanding of pupils’ daily behavior norms in school and need to be properly guided and trained in behavioral habits and self-care ability.
