在新形势下的汽车市场环境中,汽车营销技术人才的需求量在迅速增加,对服务质量的要求也在提高,但是中职院校的汽车营销专业毕业的学生能力不能与市场需求相匹配,因此,从中职院校毕业后从事汽车营销的人员的综合素质需要不断加强。学生如何通过有效地学习、训练才能满足企业对毕业生的基本需求呢?笔者通过这几年的教学和企业调研,结合新形势下的教学模式对我校汽车商务专业的学生在教学、实训中进行探索,形成了一套行之有效的教学新思路。
