目的:考察主要成膜材料在泽兰水提液和乙醇提取液中的成膜性能,为含泽兰的中药喷膜剂成膜材料的选择与应用提供参考。方法:根据成膜材料的溶解性,选择聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、乙基纤维素(EC)、甲基纤维素(MC)等成膜材料,通过显微镜和图像拍摄软件对膜结构拍照分析,考察各成膜材料在泽兰水提液和不同体积分数乙醇提取液中成膜性能。结果:PVP-K30,PVP-K90在泽兰水提液及乙醇提取液中均具有良好的成膜性,且膜的质地细密、光滑、平整。PVA-1788在泽兰水提液及乙醇提取液中均能成膜,但膜表面凹凸不平、较粗糙,且有少量颗粒分散在膜表面;EC在泽兰无水乙醇提取液中成膜性能优良,能形成一层厚实、平整、致密的膜,但EC-6-9,EC-9-11在泽兰80%乙醇提取液中成膜性较差,其膜结构较不明显;MC在泽兰提取液中成膜性随提取液乙醇体积分数升高而降低。结论:成膜材料的选择与泽兰提取液溶媒极性有关,PVP-K30是含泽兰的中药喷膜剂、膜剂等成膜材料的最优选择。

CONCLUSION: The choice of film-forming material is related to the solvent polarity of Zeeland extract. PVP-K30 is the best choice for film-forming materials such as Chinese traditional medicine with Zeeland.
