采用文献资料调研法、问卷调查等方法对“体育课程标准”新时期的立定跳远教学重新反思,总结,揭示教学中存在的变化规律,对提高立定跳远教学成绩进行应用研究。
This article reconsiders and summarizes the teaching of standing long jump in the new period of Physical Education Curriculum Standard by using methods of literature research, questionnaire and other methods to reveal the changing rules existing in teaching and to apply the research to improve the teaching achievements of standing long jump.
