目的探讨影像数字化和医学影像存储与通讯(PACS)系统在放射科的临床应用价值。方法对2004年4月至10月期间分别采用直接数字化摄影(DR)和计算机X线成像(CR)、数字化胃肠机检查的影像质量进行综合评判,分优、良和差。结果16937例次数字化摄影中,优16891例次(9972%),良46例次(027%),差9例次(005%)。结论数字化影像的成像质量稳定而优良,数字图像能进行多种后处理,配合影像存储与通讯(PACS)系统,实现影像数字化、无胶片化,能大大提高医院的医疗技术水平和工作效率,更好地为患者服务。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of image digitization and medical imaging storage and communication (PACS) system in radiology department. Methods The quality of images from direct digital radiography (DR), computed radiography (CR), and digital gastrointestinal tract examinations during April-October 2004 were comprehensively evaluated. The scores were excellent, good, and poor. Results Of the 16937 digital photographs, 16891 were excellent (9972%), 46 were good (027%), and 9 were poor (005%). Conclusion The image quality of the digital image is stable and excellent. The digital image can perform a variety of post-processing. In conjunction with the PACS system, the image can be digitized and without film, which can greatly improve the medical technology level and work efficiency of the hospital. Serve patients well.
