Background The Rh-type antibodies are more commonly encountered in pregnancy and blood bank tests, however, there is no report that blood transfusions are required for neonatal hemolysis due to anti-Ce (Rh7). Case Report A 38-year-old fourth pregnant woman whose blood group is O (D +, C-, C +, E +, e-) showed strong anti-Ce and weak anti-e in her prenatal routine examination, Is A (D +, C +, c-, E-, e +). After 40 weeks of gestation, a seemingly healthy baby boy was born with a blood group O (D-, c +, c +, E +, e +) and a direct agglutination test (DAF) positive , Was transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit due to a sharp increase in serum total bilirubin.
