在油田的开发过程中,特别是开发的后期,机采井能耗问题就更开发过程中,特别是在油田的开发后期阶段,机采井的能耗就会逐渐的增加,能耗问题不断的严重化,这将在很大程度上给油田的整体经济效益带来很大的影响。造成油田抽油机能耗较高的原因有很多个,这对油田的经济开发带来了很大的影响。而导致抽油机高能耗的原因有很多,包括有抽油机的系统效率比较低、抽油机的载荷利用率比较低以及泵的实际利用效率比较低等等。基于此,本文笔者将结合工程实际,着重分析探讨提高新井抽油机载荷利用率方法的研究与应用,以期能为以后的实际工作起到一定的借鉴作用。

There are many reasons for the high energy consumption of pumping units in oilfields, which has a great impact on the economic development of oilfields. However, there are many reasons for the high energy consumption of the pumping unit, including the low system efficiency of the pumping unit, the low load utilization ratio of the pumping unit, and the relatively low utilization efficiency of the pump. Based on this, the author of this article will combine the engineering practice, focusing on analysis and discussion of ways to improve the load utilization of new well pumping unit research and application, with a view to future practical work for some reference.
