从非晶的有序原子集团(ordered cluster)和位错模型出发,利用位错动力学讨论了在激波作用下,非晶合金晶化为纳米晶的过程。激波与cluster周围局域应力场的相互作用,使cluster旋转,类液区cluster、类晶cluster切变沉积到有序原子集团,在μs内形成微晶。理论结果与实验值符合很好
Starting from amorphous ordered clusters and dislocation models, the dislocation kinetics was used to discuss the crystallization of amorphous alloys into nanocrystals under shock wave. The interaction between the shock wave and the local stress field around the cluster causes the cluster to rotate, and the cluster of liquid-like region and the cluster of class-like crystals are deposited and sheared into ordered atomic groups, forming microcrystals within μs. The theoretical result is in good agreement with the experimental data
