腹式呼吸是指通过膈肌的上下移动在吸气时让腹部凸起,呼气时压缩腹部使之凹陷的呼吸法,通常情况下男性和儿童的呼吸模式是腹式呼吸。由于腹式呼吸可以增加肺活量、改善心功能、降低心血管系统疾病发生率等作用,因此提倡有意识的进行腹式呼吸锻炼来增强人体体质,以预防或延缓某些疾病的发生发展。但是有意识的腹式呼吸锻炼和我们通常情况下所做的腹式呼吸又有所不同,它讲究一定的技巧和方法。
Abdominal breathing refers to the respiration method of raising the abdomen by suctioning up and down by the diaphragm up and down and compressing the abdomen in the expiration. Usually, the respiration pattern of the male and the child is abdominal respiration. Because abdominal respiration can increase lung capacity, improve cardiac function, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular system diseases and so on, therefore advocating a conscious abdominal breathing exercise to enhance the body’s physique to prevent or delay the occurrence of certain diseases. However, conscious abdominal breathing exercise and we usually do abdominal breathing is different, it pay attention to certain skills and methods.
