以重庆市主栽和自育的甘薯优良品种为试材 ,比较了植物生长调节物质萘乙酸 (NAA)和 6苄基腺嘌呤 (BA)对甘薯离体器官发生的影响 .试验结果表明 :(1)NAA能明显地促进不定根和不定芽的分化 .当培养基中添加1 0mg/LNAA时效果最好 ,3种外植体不定根、不定芽的分化频率以及根的分化量都达最大值 ,其中茎段分别为96 2 % ,6 5 4% ,4 1.(2 )BA对甘薯外植体的离体器官发生有一定的影响 ,高浓度的BA明显抑制外植体不定根和不定芽的分化 .(3)茎段为诱导不定根和不定芽的最适外植体 .
Taking the sweet potato varieties planted and self-primed in Chongqing as test materials, the effects of NAA and BA on the organ development of sweet potato were compared.The results showed that: 1) NAA could obviously promote the differentiation of adventitious buds and adventitious buds, and the best effect was obtained when 10 mg / L NAA was added to the medium, adventitious roots, adventitious buds differentiation rate and root differentiation of three explants reached the maximum, The stem segments were 96 2%, 654%, 4 1, respectively. (2) BA had some effects on the development of isolated organs of sweet potato explants.
