类风湿关节炎（RA）是我国常见的风湿病，发病率约为0．3％，由于RA致残性较强，故早期诊断是防止关节畸形的重要环节之一。目前的类风湿因子（RF—IgM型）特异性较差，所以郑州联合检测了254例RA患者的抗CPA、RA33抗体及RF，以探讨对RA早期诊断的价值。
