技工教育属于中职教育的一个重要组成部分,也面临着同样的机遇。但我国高等学校扩招一定程度上造成了技工学校学校生源质量的下降,新生被看待为难“教”、难“管”的学生,难以保证会计专业的生源质量;经济社会对技工学校学校毕业生的综合职业能力和适应职业变化能力提出了较高要求,相比之下目前技工学校会计课程设置较窄,使毕业生适应社会能力不足;会计新业务随着经济行为复杂化不断涌现,然而会计专业教学的培养目标和教学方法、所用教材均未能及时与之配套,学校教学与会计实际岗位实务相脱离,培养出的学生所掌握专业技能与社会实际需求出现脱节等。
Technical education is an important part of secondary education, but also faces the same opportunities. However, the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in our country has, to some extent, resulted in the drop in the quality of students in technical schools. The freshmen are hard pressed to teach, and difficult to guarantee the quality of students in the accounting profession. The comprehensive vocational ability of school graduates and the ability to adapt to changes in occupational requirements put forward higher requirements. In contrast, at present, the setting of accounting courses in technical schools is relatively narrow so that graduates can not meet the needs of the society. New accounting services continue to emerge along with the complicated economic activities However, the training objectives and teaching methods of accounting major are not matched with the teaching materials. The school teaching and accounting practice are separated, and the professional skills acquired by students are out of touch with the actual needs of the society.
