安丘市作为山东省首批新的医药卫生体制改革(新医改)试点市,自2009年起全面落实基层医疗卫生机构绩效考核制度,积极探索绩效考核工作体系中绩效工资构成与考核办法,绩效工资考核重点由公共考核项目和岗位考核项目两部分与其相应的评价方法组成。通过3年多的实施,绩效工资在很大程度上形成了一种激励机制,有效调动了职工的工作积极性、主动性,并提出在具体实施过程中的建议。
