本文介绍了摩擦压力机采用双电机分别驱动的结构。其优点是:可提高向下打击速度,合理的降低了回程盘与飞轮的相对速度,并提高了传动效率。本机不采用平衡缸,避免了平衡缸对滑块产生的下行阻力,并减少了压缩空气的消耗。本机配有寸动行程,当调整电机时,下行盘电机可不启动,滑块靠自重慢速下滑,仅靠回程盘接合提升,既方便又安全,整机结构简单。是大中型摩擦压力机较理想的传动方式。供参考。
