滚子链传动中的啮合冲击力是主动链轮转速、链条节距和主、从动链轮的齿数和轮齿刚度的函数。采用运动学和动力学对链传动中心距和齿数比为任意值的链传动进行分析;在考虑轮齿刚性系数的影响条件下,给出了冲击力与链传动参数之间的关系和相应应的计算结果。
The meshing impact force in a roller chain drive is a function of the drive sprocket speed, the chain pitch, and the number of teeth of the main and driven sprockets and the gear tooth stiffness.
