针对航空活塞发动机导流板组件的反求设计,采用三维扫描方式获得点云数据,利用Geomagic Studio软件对点云数据进行处理后,将形状要素拟合成几何特征,并导入Pro/E软件中测得所需尺寸,在Pro/E软件的钣金设计模块中建立了三维模型。利用光谱仪测得导流板组件化学成分,反求设计了材料,依据导流板组件使用要求和加工特点,设计了热处理要求。验证结果表明,反求所得的三维模型与原件误差较小。
Aiming at the reverse design of aeroengine baffle assembly, the point cloud data is obtained by 3D scanning.
