目的:探讨SH2020全自动琼脂糖凝胶电泳仪在地中海贫血筛查中的应用价值。方法:采集外周静脉血作血常规,应用SH2020全自动琼脂糖凝胶电泳仪Hb电泳进行地中海贫血筛查,筛查结果阳性者进行基因诊断确诊。结果:对玉林地区人群2 998例进行地中海贫血筛查,筛出α地中海贫血540例,阳性率18.01%,筛出β地中海贫血422例,筛查阳性率14.08%。部分阳性者经GAP-PCR方法和PCR结合反向点杂交(RDB)技术作基因诊断,α地中海贫血阳性者符合率为75.00%,β地中海贫血符合率为82.94%。结论:应用SH2020全自动琼脂糖凝胶电泳仪Hb电泳进行地中海贫血筛查简便易行,检出率较高,适宜推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the value of SH2020 automatic agarose gel electrophoresis in the screening of thalassemia. Methods: Peripheral venous blood was collected for routine blood tests. Thalassemia screening was performed using SH2020 automatic agarose gel electrophoresis with Hb electrophoresis. The positive results were confirmed by genetic diagnosis. Results: A total of 2 998 cases of thalassemia were screened from Yulin population. 540 cases of α-thalassemia were screened, the positive rate was 18.01%, and 422 cases of β-thalassemia were screened out. The positive rate of screening was 14.08%. Some of the positive cases were diagnosed by GAP-PCR and RDB technology. The coincidence rate of α-thalassemia positive was 75.00% and that of β-thalassemia was 82.94%. Conclusion: It is simple and convenient to screen thalassemia using SH2020 automatic agarose gel electrophoresis Hb electrophoresis with high detection rate, which is suitable for general use.
